Chris T. Nguyen is a native Californian; born and raised in Southern California. Chris attended the University of Southern California (USC) for his undergraduate degree. Chris obtained his Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California. After college, Chris went on to receive his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from New York Law School. Returning to sunny California, Chris’s practice primarily focuses on a broad range of legal consumer and asset planning laws. Chris has focused on areas divisions and protections of assets and debts through family law, estate planning and bankruptcy. Chris’s practice also focuses on exercising consumer rights including foreclosures defense, predatory lending, and other mortgage-related claims.
Additionally, Chris represents minors with special needs, such as those with autism and down syndrome for in-home supportive services (IHSS). Chris is a recognized as an advocate in the community providing legal access to those in need.
Chris is active in giving back to the community and in the past has served as Board Treasurer for Project MotiVATe, a non-profit organization that develops at-risk youths in the Vietnamese Community.
